One to One Coaching
Coaching sessions are offered Monday through Friday and are geared towards overall Wellbeing during the Menopause. If you would to like gain an insight and balance into your Wellbeing please take the “Wheel of Life” Assessment.
My Coaching style is open and free flowing, to encourage you discuss how you feel so we can identify what we need to work on to put a plan in place that works for you. If you are new to coaching more detail can be found here.
To be effective I recommend coaching programmes of 6 or 12 sessions, however if you feel you would like to have an individual one hour session I’m happy to arrange that with you.

You and Your Partner Coaching
How many times have you tried to have a conversation with your partner, husband, wife about how you’re feeling, but you just don’t know where to start, or even how you feel? Your hormones are running a-muck around your body and sometimes you don’t know if you’re coming or going. You’re hot, cold, hot, cold, bits of you are aching and sore and the last thing you need is to get into a complicated conversation or yet another argument with your other half! Honestly, stop! You don’t need to.
I’ve witnessed far to many relationships and marriages that I thought were rock solid fall apart or end up in Divorce because they simply couldn’t communicate or sit down and talk to each other without it turning into a shouting match. The reason is often quite simple, women’s hormones are a minefield and let’s be honest, quite often we don’t understand them, so what chance do our husbands or “man partners” have? Think about it for a moment??? That’s not supposed to sound mean, there are some very clever men out there :-).
Now this is where my YOU AND YOUR PARTNER Coaching comes into its own. The 3 of us all sit down together and talk. Talking about the Menopause can, today still a bit of a Taboo subject, so I’ll do that bit for you and explain what’s going on, what the Menopause is and why you may be acting in certain ways, or why you maybe feeling like you are. Some partners can’t understand why you are now asking them not to touch you, or why you don’t want S.E.X, they may feel rejected and the usual, it’s not you, it’s me, really isn’t cutting the mustard and their minds go into over drive and 2 + 2 = 35, you get the picture. Don’t get yourself in this position, together we can prevent this. I’ve got you.
